Importing Audio;

We decided that we wanted to use a well known nursery rhyme this was to represent the innocence of the child and to link to the plot of the film. We originally were going to use a music programme call audacity and make the music ourselves. However whilst doing some research we found a nursery rhyme on youtube. The nursery rhyme had quite an eerie effect and linked well with the madness of the thriller. We asked the original creator for permission to use the audio and then we converted it to an mp3 format; we did this using real player.

We added the audio to the film trailer by importing audio. After the clip was added we found that it was a bit longer than our trailer. We decided to cut the audio towards the beginning this was so that we were able to keep the faster pace and more dramatic music that was at the end of the audio clip. We simply did this by using the razor tool that we had used to cut the clips in the video editing. After that we watched the film trailer and found the audio fitted almost perfectly.
